Namespaces

The sem namespace contains properties that provide parameters of the controlled SEM (if available).

  • The namespace URI is http://ns.pointelectronic.com/SEM/1.0/
  • The preferred field namespace prefix is sem

The names of the SEM parameters are not fixed. All parameters which are defined in semcontrol.xml are saved here.
