Scan Control

Scan Control is the standalone software for control of point electronic GmbH scan controllers, including REVOLON for TEM and DISS6 for SEM. It provides open access to scan control functions and parameters, including advanced features that are normally automated in microscope control software. The app fits into a wider family of control apps from point electronics GmbH, for example Detector Control. For software that is more streamlined to fit standard workflows and that is designed to integrate multiple hardware controllers, see the DISS6 app.

This software does not require a license file - identification of the scan controller device is sufficient.
