Scope

The External Trigger Interface (ETI) is a universal, standalone hardware controller for switching, mixing, converting, and generating trigger signals between scan controllers, high-speed cameras and/or beam blankers.

Inputs and outputs

ETI is housed in a 19-inch enclosure with two height units (2 U) and equipped with

  • two trigger inputs
  • one trigger output
  • an automatic switch input
  • a touch display for settings and status

Each input and output includes Pixel, Line, Frame and BeamBlanker triggers, in TTL and LVDS.

Device USB connection is only used for service, ETI cannot be controlled from a PC, only locally with the display panel.
