Debugging

ForTo generatinggenerate debug messageslogs aan SmartInspectadditional configuration file debug.sic must be present in the EMGateway data folder:

"C:\ProgramData\point electronic\EMGateway\debug.sic"

The debug configuration file is a plain text file with

Connections = pipe(), file(filename="c:\ProgramData\point electronic\EMGateway\EMGateway.sil", maxparts="3", maxsize="102400", rotate="daily", buffer="64")

WithDebug thislogs configurationwill athen debug log isbe created in the EMGateway data folder.folder, Itplease collect these and return to point electronic for debugging.

Debug logs can be opened with the SmartInspect application.
