End user software/apps
Software installation requires administrator rights! Make sure in advance that this is available on the target PC!
Standalone BSE detector
Please install only the Detector Control app and follow instructions from the online user manual. Default configuration files on the USB stick should match the detector type (Premium or BSE).
Standalone BSE detectors can only be used with Topography when combined with DISS6 scan controllers for SEM. See the complete BSE system.
BSE system
For the standard configuration, please install
microDIP requires a license file, please find it in the USD drive!
If the topography option has also been purchased, then further software to install
- DISS6 TOPO ACQ plugin
- DISS6 TOPO 3D view plugin
- microCAL
- microSHAPE
RunTopography software requires license files, please find them in the USD drive!
As default, please run setups from the USB drive. Note that latest software versions may be available for download, see respective online user manual.
Detector Control app
Follow instructions from the online Detector Control user manual.
DISS6 app
Follow instructions from the online DISS6 software reference manual.
If prompted by the setup, please do not install (deselect) the DIPS2 software.
DISS6 software reference manual is delivered in PDF form, it is not part of the PE Library.
microDIPS softwareapp
Follow instructions from the online microDIPS user manual. microDIPS app may be installed on multiple PCs with the same license, for example in the lab and the office. Installation with the distributed license is not permitted company wide or on multiple sites - please contact sales to acquire a difference type of license.
